Made in PS during the little spare time left from work on and off in 2 weeks, the character is Pelin from one of my earlier works, yet with a tad more detailed presentation.

sketched and textured with the palette knife in artrage2 and finished in partly painter 9, partly in ps cs2. one of my rare attempts at a different (for me) composition, quite refreshing after portraiture =)

portrait of linda bergkvist with her kind permission. i had made this painting way back in 2003 i think, where i was trying to get accustomed to hard edged brushes and transparency settings.

done in PS.

the reference picture was a nifty black and white shot spiced up with a vintage pose. i very much enjoyed painting her. she is a gem. our gem =))
